Summary

The Customer Success Team Manager will manage a team of Customer Success Managers, oversee day-to-day operations, resolve complex client issues, track performance, collaborate with the Operations Lead, develop team members, improve processes, and ensure alignment with company objectives. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with 7+ years of customer success or related roles, including at least 3 years in a team management capacity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
  • At least 3 years in a team management capacity

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Ensure the team meets performance goals
  • Resolve client issues efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Lead
  • Implement strategies developed by senior leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex or high-priority client issues
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Healthcare IT is preferred
