Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study
• 2+ years of Consumer Goods or Supply Chain experience or relevant advanced education combination
• Ability to travel 10% for company meetings, team offsites, employee onboarding trips and other business needs
• Prior experience working within an ERP system, preferably NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics365
• Analytical capabilities with the skillset to generate insight from data and expect the unexpected
• Experience in Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization software preferred (i.e., Tableau, Spotfire)
• Strong communication skills with a proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day order management which includes order entry and resolving all exceptions to ensure timely processing of orders to meet cutoffs
• Support exception management of the order ship to delivery cycle to ensure timely processing of Logistics challenges and customer claims
• Manage direct relationship with customers as it relates to order management and supply chain to deliver exceptional service that will delight our customers, day in and day out
• Identify key metric and other supply chain opportunities, and leverage problem solving skills to support the implementation of improvement actions
• Provide insight as it relates to order management, and other supply chain-related process improvements to drive efficiencies
• Become subject matter expert as it relates to customer requirements, and responsible for driving internal awareness to reduce fees and fines
• Work with IT and our external EDI partner to optimize the flow of orders into the ERP system (NetSuite)
• Support customer, supply chain, and other Company projects with confidence
