Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal) β C2 level
- Good organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Handle written correspondence from our clients
- Process access related requests
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Other tasks instructed by superiors
- Perform work in line with internal policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Speak additional languages besides English (preferably: Spanish, French, German or Italian)
- Are ambitious and driven - the ability to focus your energy on where it matters the most
- Are a Fast learner - you've learnt how to jump in and swim
