Summary

Join Keywords Studios, a leading provider of end-to-end services for the gaming industry, as a Player Support Agent! You will provide top-notch assistance to players, solving their game-related queries via email and chat. This role requires excellent written Simplified Chinese and Japanese skills (C1-C2 level), proficiency in English, and familiarity with MS Office or Google Suite. Full-time availability, including weekends, is necessary. While prior customer service experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory, as full training is provided. Keywords offers a casual and supportive remote work environment.

Requirements

  • Have excellent Simplified Chinese language skills, especially in writing. Communicate fluently and confidently in Simplified Chinese at a C1-C2 level
  • Have excellent Japanese language skills, especially in writing. Communicate fluently and confidently in Japanese at a C1-C2 level
  • Be proficient in English and able to use it daily to interact with colleagues
  • Be familiar with either MS Office or Google Suite apps and able to use them effectively
  • Be ready to work full-time, 5 days a week, which may include weekend-days (Saturday and Sunday) as well as shifts availability

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch assistance to our players by solving their queries about the game and providing excellent customer service
  • Use your investigative skills and work with our ticketing system to help players with their game-related issues
  • Respond to player inquiries through email and chat
  • Work closely with internal teams to assist with project-related requests and provide feedback to their development team
  • Be the voice of the product and the ear on the ground

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have some previous experience in Customer Service
  • Be passionate about video games
