Requirements

  • Speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and have knowledge of the English language

  • Remain calm even in stressful situations and able to develop creative solutions in real time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth daily operation of our services by providing telephone and email support
  • Work shifts that fit into your life and receive appropriate shift bonuses for night time work, weekends or public holidays
  • Provide support to our drivers and passengers in all matters and help them with their questions or concerns
  • Care for customer satisfaction and make sure that issues are resolved

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a call center employee, although not required, is beneficial
