  • Use investigative skills and work with the ticketing system to help players with their game-related issues
  • Respond to player inquiries through email and chat, but not taking phone calls
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist with project-related requests and provide feedback to their development team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Passion for video games
