Requirements

• Excellent Japanese language skills, especially in writing (JLPT N1 level)
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with either MS Office or Google Suite apps
• Ability to work full-time, 5 days a week, which may include weekend-days (Saturday and Sunday) as well as shifts availability

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch assistance to players by solving their queries about the game and providing excellent customer service
• Use investigative skills and work with the ticketing system to help players with their game-related issues
• Respond to player inquiries through email and chat, but not taking phone calls
• Collaborate with internal teams to assist with project-related requests and provide feedback to their development team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Passion for video games
