Requirements

• Native Norwegian speaker
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving abilities
• Basic technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and imaging
• Ability to relocate to Greece
• EU Passport holder

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via chat and phone, providing exceptional service
• Be the go-to expert on Canon’s innovative products and services
• Solve customer challenges by offering tailored troubleshooting solutions
• Provide guidance on Canon's advanced cameras, printers, and imaging solutions
• Support inquiries about purchases, warranties, repairs, and more

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Canon products (or interest in learning) is an advantage!
