Requirements

  • Excellent Portuguese and English (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer service is a must
  • Stress resistance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
