Summary

Join our team as a Customer Support Consultant and thrive in a multicultural and multilingual environment while working remotely. Communicate with customers via calls and emails, build positive relationships, identify and escalate technical issues, and assist with product inquiries. Meet team KPIs and securely handle sensitive customer information. Maintain knowledge of client products and services. This role requires excellent Dutch and English language skills, experience with Google Suite and customer support, a positive attitude, and tech-savviness. A personal laptop and stable internet connection are also necessary.

Requirements

  • Excellent Dutch (at least C1 level for both spoken and written) and English at B2 level
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Experience in customer support
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Tech-savvy
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with hot leads and existing customers via calls, and emails
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Identify and escalate complex technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution of requests
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product features
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales
  • Experience with CRM systems
