You will securely work with customers’ sensitive information, apply the latest customer happiness practices, maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services, and communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies. This role requires excellent English and Russian language skills (at least C1), customer service experience, analytical and research skills, and a positive and responsible attitude. A personal laptop/computer and stable internet connection are also necessary. Requirements
- Excellent English and Russian language (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer service
- Analytical and research skills
