Requirements

• Be fluent in Spanish and English
• Possess clear, confident, and friendly communication skills with the ability to explain solutions
• Be comfortable typing while talking (35+ WPM preferred)
• Demonstrate a passion for helping others with patience and a positive attitude
• Possess basic computer skills
• Be self-motivated and ready to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Address inquiries about programs, and related services
• Provide clear answers and actionable next steps, guided by the comprehensive training we provide
• Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Document every case accurately and thoroughly in our ticketing software, ensuring exceptional follow-through
• Delight callers with patience, empathy, and top-tier support—turning complex issues into simple solutions
