Requirements
- Be fluent in Spanish and English
- Possess clear, confident, and friendly communication skills with the ability to explain solutions
- Be comfortable typing while talking (35+ WPM preferred)
- Demonstrate a passion for helping others with patience and a positive attitude
- Possess basic computer skills
- Be self-motivated and ready to work as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Address inquiries about programs, and related services
- Provide clear answers and actionable next steps, guided by the comprehensive training we provide
- Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Document every case accurately and thoroughly in our ticketing software, ensuring exceptional follow-through
- Delight callers with patience, empathy, and top-tier support—turning complex issues into simple solutions
