Summary

Join Tawk.to as a Customer Service Representative! This full-time or part-time remote position requires adherence to 8 am-4 pm EDT working hours. You will provide exceptional customer service, resolving concerns, answering questions, and processing orders. Requirements

  • Be available to work 8am to 5pm PST
  • Have 3 years previous experience in Customer Service
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and be proficient at navigating web-based applications
  • Have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Be dependable and adaptable

Responsibilities

  • Answer and facilitate upwards of 50-60 calls a day
  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customers regarding order status and questions about products
  • Process customer orders including new orders and changes or returns to existing ones while following established department policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the billing department to resolve disputed credit items
  • Engage in phone-based verbal communication, as well as written and electronic contact
  • Meet and maintain strict company deadlines
  • Adhere to guidelines
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
  • Assist with the maintaining and monitoring of electronic data for established customers
  • Monitor production of order schedules and expediting deliveries per customer requests
  • Operate inventory control software, word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Gather additional customer information as necessary to resolve customer disputes
  • Maintain detailed files for documentation
  • Draft letters and quotes for customers
