Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, admin assistance, or a similar role
- Familiarity with email and Slack communication
- Excellent written English communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise explanations
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and ensure high accuracy in work
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote environment and supporting the team with various tasks
Responsibilities
- Assist content partners with data transfer inquiries, responding to their questions and providing guidance on the process via email and Slack
- Respond to partner inquiries and follow up on ongoing issues or requests, ensuring all interactions are resolved promptly
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation of partner communications and support interactions for future reference
- Contribute to refining internal processes by providing feedback and assisting in workflow improvements based on customer needs
- Provide general support by managing administrative tasks, including organizing files and helping partners with simple requests related to the data transfer process
