Requirements

• 1-3 years in a customer support role
• Fluent in English and at least one other language: Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, or Korean

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support through phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Work closely with various departments
• Identify and suggest opportunities for enhancing the customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to the stock trading world
