Requirements

- Experience or exposure to the stock trading world is a MUST HAVE
- Skilled in using customer service software and tools
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support through phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints
- Work closely with various departments to resolve customer concerns and refine service processes
- Identify and suggest opportunities for enhancing the customer service experience
