Summary

Join Exely, a global IT company supporting over 5000 hotels, as a Customer Support Specialist based in Turkey! You will onboard, train, and support hoteliers using our platform, providing technical assistance via calls and emails in Turkish and English. Responsibilities include teaching clients platform usage, handling feedback, and escalating technical issues. This remote, full-time position offers a competitive salary, commissions, and benefits. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, at least one year of customer service experience in IT or a call center, and comfort with CRM and helpdesk systems. Experience in hospitality or technology for hoteliers is a plus.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Turkish and English
  • Available to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM (GMT+3)
  • At least 1 year of experience within the customer service of IT-company or call center
  • Customer-centric approach, developed EQ, high level of stress resistance
  • Comfortable with CRM and computer software
  • Comfortable with ticket and helpdesk systems (Zendesk, Omnidesk, or Jira)

Responsibilities

  • Teach clients how to use the Exely platform
  • Provide strong support by processing clientsโ€™ requests via calls and emails (e.g., clarifying the meanings of reports, and guiding product use) proficiently in Turkish and English
  • Handle client feedback and transfer technical requests to the second support line
  • Ensure that our products are functioning correctly on the client side. If mistakes are found, create and send a list of recommendations to the client for proper operation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within the hospitality or technology industry for hoteliers
