Cybersecurity Program Manager

Summary

Join TestPros, a growing IT support services company, as a Task Program Manager for a Federal Cybersecurity contract. This full-time, remote position (with DC meetings) requires US Citizenship and Public Trust clearance. You will lead and coordinate contract deliverables, manage a team of 14 FTEs, and act as the primary contact for the Contracting Officer. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project or program management in an IT or cybersecurity environment
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-year federal contracts
• Public Trust or ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, coordination, and management of the contract and all associated deliverables
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan in compliance with GPO requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for technical and contractual issues
• Oversee all staffing, scheduling, and performance of the 14 FTE positions to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Coordinate risk management strategies, cost analysis, and reporting for ongoing and new tasks
• Facilitate communication between GPO leadership and contractor personnel to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Support transition planning to ensure a seamless handoff from the incumbent contractor

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Familiarity with federal program management standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST guidelines)
