Requirements

• Senior-level experience (7 years+) in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in a B2C online environment
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL Server, and Python, with expertise in data modeling and visualization
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft technologies and platforms for seamless system integration
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable presentations for non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work effectively across teams, including technical, product, and marketing departments

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards to provide clear, insightful visualizations that support strategic decision-making
• Utilize SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets, designing scalable data models to streamline reporting
• Work closely with IT, product, and marketing teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across multiple sources by implementing quality control measures and automated checks
• Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies, models, and processes, presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner
• Continuously evaluate and optimize reporting processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional BI tools beyond Power BI
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics techniques
