Summary
Join MeridianLink as a Data Analyst and drive business decisions through quantitative and qualitative data analysis. You will collect, aggregate, and analyze data from various sources to gain insights into business performance. Produce actionable reports showcasing key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate on data visualizations, own the UX/UI experience for clients, and contribute to the development and maintenance of business intelligence tools. Support data collection efforts and help identify necessary business data for insightful analytics. Monitor data management processes to ensure quality and consistency. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, proficiency in BI tools (PowerBI or Tableau), and SQL.
Requirements
- Be able to work on problems of a moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
- Be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Ability to apply learned techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems
- Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience)
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. Experience with SQL is required
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to build intuitive data visualizations that offer deep and actionable insights against complex and dynamic business challenges in the Fintech space
- Expected to take ownership of the UX / UI experience delivered to clients across multiple data products
- Expected to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools
- Support and contribute to data collection efforts, as needed
- Responsible for helping identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights and future analytics
- Expected to monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency
