Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Extensive experience in data leadership roles, with a strong track record of building and managing data teams
• Expertise in data science, data engineering, and business intelligence
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Trafilea’s data strategy
• Oversee the data science, data engineering, and business intelligence teams
• Ensure data accuracy, availability, and accessibility across the organization
• Drive the creation of data models, dashboards, and reports to support business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics
