Summary

Blaze is a fast-growing casino in LATAM with over 2,000 games and 2,000,000+ registered players. They are looking for a Data Change - Support Agent to join their team of internet professionals. The agent will be responsible for changing or updating user data, encoding and maintaining data, completing data backups, reporting errors or inconsistencies, and keeping records. The work schedule is flexible, covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with up to 48 hours per week and 100% remote work. Benefits include paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Change or update user data (Name, Username, Address, CPF, Email Address)
• Encode and maintain all data that needs organizing and recording to align with original documentation
• Complete data backups
• Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management
• Keep records of data entry and database information
