Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience with Raiser’s Edge
  • 2-3 years’ experience in SQL or Microsoft SQL Server
  • 1-2 years' experience with Non-profit Sector
  • A strong skillset with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups, Macros)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach to work
  • Demonstrated success with time management and problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Converting customers data to a new software solution to meet the customer’s requirements
  • Coordinating data extraction from various databases for importing and/or conversion
  • Understanding customers' needs by proactively gathering information to learn about their requirements and expectations
  • Setting appropriate expectations with the customer as it relates to project scope, timeline, and project deliverables
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects at a time with project plans
  • Identifying and presenting Change Orders to the customer when the customer’s requirements and/or budgeted project hours fall outside of the project scope
