EKN Engineering is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to analyze handwritten tables, documents, and images, convert them into digital format, and ensure data accuracy for their growing civil engineering and technology consulting company. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze digital and handwritten tables, documents, and images
• Analyze engineering documents and verify compliance with established standards and procedures
• Support data exception reviews and deliver data reporting in electronic format per Customer Requirement
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data submission forms and paperwork
• Coordinate and communicate data exceptions with team leads and customer data management counterparts
• Update data within the company’s PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system
