Requirements
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with file conversion tools
- Basic knowledge of remote desktop applications
- Proficiency with computers and cloud-based systems
- Demonstrated experience in successfully interfacing with customers
- Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of data management principles
- Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity in communicating effectively with co-teams such as Onboarding, Sales, and Support
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Reliable and high-speed internet connection
Responsibilities
- Organize, track, and execute data imports for Cloudbeds customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Create data import templates in Excel and Google sheets using formulas for aggregation, debugging, and inventory management
- Provide customer assistance through Zoom calls and Zendesk tickets, ensuring customers are well-informed and confident in following the data import processes
- Communicate pertinent details of each customer's data import to co-teams such as Sales and Onboarding, fostering collaboration and adhering to established timelines
- Organize and manage intradepartmental workflows, specifically addressing key account concerns and areas of opportunity
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish (verbal and written)
- Prior experience with Hotel Property Management System Software (EG Opera, Protel, Mews, Cloudbeds)
