Data Operations Process Expert

Summary

Join Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences industry cloud company, as a Process Expert in Data Operations. Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in dynamic environments, e.g., consulting, start-up, a tech company
• Experience in improving processes
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Worked or studied in international environments
• Excellent written and verbal English skills

Responsibilities

• Shadow the curation processes
• Simplify processes and process documentation
• Increase automation in our tools, incl. sheets, reports, dashboards
• Manage change projects with 10+ teams
• Upskill the team on process excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Work experience in operations
• Work experience in data product companies
