Data Researcher Specialist

Summary

Join Data Society as a Data Research Specialist and contribute to our mission of delivering cutting-edge data and AI training programs. You will be responsible for identifying and gathering key contact and company data on learning and development executives across North America and other key markets. Leveraging research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you will build and maintain an accurate CRM database in HubSpot. You will also support marketing initiatives by enrolling contacts in email sequences and ensuring data integrity. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort with professional outreach. Requirements

• Be comfortable with email and phone outreach to executives in English
• Be experienced with Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, and at least one CRM

Responsibilities

• Identify the top learning & development executives (learning leaders) and their direct report management members in target geographies across North America and input and update that information in our CRM, HubSpot
• Research and gather contact and company data through various investigative and outreach methods such as LinkedIn sales navigator, other data research tools, internet searches, and phone calls
• Enter gathered information into the company CRM, Hubspot, including full contact information for those identified executives (Name, Title, Organization, Email, Phone number etc..)
• Support Director of Marketing by enrolling contacts into email sequences, creating lists, and other needs
• Research needed updates and maintained accuracy in the CRM with updated contact information as needed by geography
• Perform other duties, as assigned
