The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, along with experience in sales operations or deal desk management. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, deal desk management, or a related role with knowledge of pricing strategies and methodologies
  • Deep understanding of SaaS pricing models, contract structures, and revenue optimization strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ) and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive deal strategies and decision-making
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and sales teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative deal structures, offering multiple pricing and packaging options to maximize revenue potential
  • Partner with sales teams to provide guidance on deal structuring, negotiation strategies, and pricing trade-offs
  • Continuously refine deal desk processes, approval workflows, and governance frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure deals align with company policies, revenue recognition requirements, and long-term strategic goals
  • Analyze historical wins and losses, deal trends, and product adoption to inform deal strategies and improve overall effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain deal desk reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on deal desk processes and tools
  • Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of deal desk processes and recommend improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the CRM system

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a similar role within the accessibility sector is a plus
