Summary

Join our team as a detail-oriented and proactive Deal Desk Specialist! This full-time, work-from-home position supports our Sales team by managing deal workflows, ensuring accurate pricing and timely quote approvals. You will maintain Salesforce data integrity, collaborate with various departments, and optimize processes to accelerate deal closures. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates possess proven deal desk expertise, a data-driven approach, and experience in SaaS or B2B environments. Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, deal desk management, or a similar role
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM platforms, with a solid understanding of deal data management and reporting functionalities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, ensuring accurate and reliable deal data
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Finance, and RevOps)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to address complex issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and process automation

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales to generate, review, and approve quotes, ensuring they align with pricing models and company policies. Ensure quotes are accurate and timely, supporting strategic goals
  • Provide end-to-end support in closing deals, addressing complex questions regarding pricing, terms, and conditions, and resolving discrepancies
  • Post revenue schedules accurately for recognized revenue, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s pricing structure and ensure accurate quote generation
  • Oversee accurate and timely entry of deal data into Salesforce, ensuring consistency and alignment with reporting needs
  • Identify bottlenecks within the deal approval process and implement improvements to streamline operations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for deal-related inquiries, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and RevOps teams for smooth execution
  • Ensure all deal data is accurate and up-to-date. Provide actionable insights to leadership based on deal data trends, supporting forecasting and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS or B2B environment experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
