Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management that spans multiple domains of expertise
• 3+ years experience in customer success for B2B enterprises and global organizations
• Educational background or working experience in a life sciences or technology discipline
• Experience crafting and delivering presentations in front of audiences of all sizes in a professional setting
• Experience navigating complex subject matter and working with multiple stakeholders at different levels
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and finding a path forward
• A knack for interpreting complex data and defining strategies and tactics to improve trends
• A passion for driving progress in the life sciences
• A thirst to be part of a team that is focused on transformation and world-class delivery
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time

Responsibilities

• Support high-profile complex programs and help in the creation of the best path to empowering scientists with our generative AI platform for drug discovery acceleration
• Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure successful deployment and ongoing adoption of our technology
• Facilitate touchpoints with key points of contact, and prepare content and/or present at executive review meetings. Partner with the account teams to develop and execute account-specific adoption activities that drive awareness, usage, advocacy, and value
• Participate in user calls, ensuring ongoing efficacy of engagement strategies and improvements to adoption metrics
• Forecast support needs and monitor and control the health and risks of critical deliverables
• Use metrics and reporting to help grow scientist engagement and utilization of BenchSci technology
• Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for more consistent and efficient execution
