Customize Atlassian tools and integrate with third-party products for seamless solutions. Support global clients across EMEA, APAC, and India, managing time zones effectively.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) including design, configuration, and deployment of solutions
- Strong expertise in ITSM, DevOps, and Platform practices, with a proven track record of implementing related solutions
- Hands-on experience in building and implementing solutions at client end, including the ability to lead technical delivery
- Proven ability to respond to RFPs, owning the technical solution design and proposal process
- Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining C-suite relationships, including influencing stakeholders and communicating technical value to non-technical audiences
- Experience with customizations and integrations, including third-party product integrations and automation
- Strong consulting background, with experience supporting a global customer base (EMEA, APAC, India), and managing work across time zones
- Leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on building internal capabilities and knowledge sharing within a practice or team

- Support global clients across EMEA, APAC, and India, managing time zones effectively to ensure timely delivery and consistent customer satisfaction
