Summary

Join Audinate, the world leader in networked media, and manage the delivery of various streams of products, IT systems, and services. As a Delivery Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, use delivery metrics to drive improvement, and maintain efficient processes. With a strong technical background and experience working within Lean and/or Agile frameworks, you will act as an intermediary and facilitator between business functions and levels within the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong delivery management experience, specifically in delivering information technology projects and initiatives
  • Experience managing projects with distributed global teams
  • Experience facilitating workshops and planning activities across teams
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in IT or related field
  • Certification in some Lean / Agile methodology or Project Management would be highly desirable
  • Experience working within a Lean and/or Agile framework (SAFe strongly preferred)
  • Confident in using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project and/or other project management tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and problem-solving mentality

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate planning and coordination of activities, taking corrective action as required, to ensure projects & products are delivered as agreed
  • Use delivery metrics as an inspect & adapt tool within the team
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to breakdown the Product Managerโ€™s vision into an achievable delivery plan for a team, allowing for regular feedback loops, frequent iterations and evidence-based change
  • Maintain and continuously improve delivery, release and deployment processes to ensure maximum efficiency and consistency
  • Identify and work towards the removal of roadblocks that impede progress
  • Actively identify and manage risks, perform impact assessments, and develop mitigation plans for project or initiative deliveries under management
  • Maintaining effective cross-team communication channels for support, collaboration and team building
