Summary
Join LLInformatics as a Delivery Manager and play a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery. Manage client projects and accounts, serving as a liaison between the internal team and clients. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and upholding company culture. Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement. This is a remote or Warsaw-based B2B contract position.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven team management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate diverse teams
- Strong client orientation, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs effectively
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development process and best practices
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile and Lean methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Analytical mindset, with experience tracking KPIs, generating actionable insights, and driving continuous improvement
- Experience in fostering company culture and ensuring team alignment with organizational values

- Proficiency in English at a minimum of C1 level
Responsibilities
- Client Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects/accounts, ensuring client needs are met and expectations managed
- Build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and assist with strategic planning
- Collaborate with recruitment to address staffing needs
- Communication Bridge: Act as the link between internal teams, clients, and vendors for clear communication
- Facilitate regular meetings (e.g., daily/weekly standups) to provide updates on progress, challenges, and milestones
- Resolve client concerns and handle escalations promptly
- People Management: Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
- Foster LLIβs company culture and uphold core values
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, and 360-degree feedback sessions, and resolve team conflicts to boost performance
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and develop resource allocation plans to optimize team tasks
- Perform tasks within the project team according to the area of responsibility
- Cooperate with clients on a daily basis to successfully execute tasks and meet objectives
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze KPIs on delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance
- Prepare reports and risk assessments, using metrics to identify and implement improvements
