Summary

Join Myers-Holum, Inc. as a Delivery Manager! This 100% remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the U.S. You will manage end-to-end ERP implementations, particularly NetSuite projects, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include team management, performance evaluation, quality control, account management, and change control. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years of NetSuite consulting experience, including leading at least 10 end-to-end implementations. Experience in leading project teams, mentoring, delegation, budget management, and hands-on ERP implementation is essential. The salary range is $170,000-$220,000 per year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field of study or equivalent foreign degree
  • 5 years of experience in a NetSuite consulting role
  • Led a minimum of 10 end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects
  • 5 years' work experience with each of the following: leading Implementation or Integration Project Teams or a combination of both
  • 5 years' work experience with each of the following: mentoring employees to provide guidance for project-related items
  • 5 years' work experience with each of the following: delegating deadlines to expedite project work and tasks to complete deliverables, defining project scope, ensuring each project phase is completed, budget management, and managing financials and people resources on projects, or a combination thereof
  • 5 years' work experience with each of the following: Hands-on technical and/or functional ERP implementation projects

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end ERP implementations and coordinate with clients throughout NetSuite implementation and software integrations
  • Provide recruiting support and partner with leadership and talent team on hiring decisions for consulting roles
  • Manage a team of direct reports including evaluating team and individual performance
  • Perform quality management of deliverables on portfolio of projects for both functional consulting and project management tracks
  • Lead account management activities, including: hosting strategic business/system integration discussions, managing upsells and future dated projects, and escalation handling
  • Manage change control on projects
  • Work closely with other internal teams through different phases of client projects, providing detailed knowledge transfers between development, integrations, and managed services teams
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders of client implementations
