Summary

Join Supermetrics as a Delivery Manager in Helsinki, Dublin, or remotely from the UK! Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver product initiatives, driving Supermetrics' evolution from a pipeline to a platform. You'll manage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and leverage your technical background across the SDLC. Adaptability and consensus-building are crucial, along with agile coaching skills. This role involves leading software initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Manage software initiatives/programs or projects across cross-functional product, engineering & design teams
  • Possess strong relationship and stakeholder management skills and ability to manage competing expectations & priorities
  • Have a solid understanding of the SDLC, and what good looks like and how to partner with teams to deliver product outcomes
  • Confidently be able to influence without authority and act as a mediator and negotiator between teams to manage dependencies and risks and create mitigation plans

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of software initiatives for cross-functional teams, using emotional intelligence to understand and apply a delivery-first mindset
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture in implementing best practices when it comes to team or program delivery
  • Have the ability to context switch at speed, work through ambiguity, provide clear delivery direction and partner with the engineering, product & design managers to drive outcomes
  • Be able to understand complex engineering concepts and explain them simply and clearly to a non-technical audience
  • Coordinate and drive quarterly roadmap planning to ensure all teams have their next quarter planned effectively well before the quarter starts
  • Act as an agile coach and team facilitator as and when needed, have a solid understanding of agile concepts, and be able to explain them without resorting to buzzwords
  • Track, improve and report upwards on team velocity and performance
  • Work in partnership with the cross-functional team leads to identify, track and mitigate dependencies, risks & uncertainties whilst ensuring accurate reporting and visibility up and down the organization
  • Be a team advocate, understanding & reporting on team health through the SDLC whilst protecting the team as and when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have Agile coaching or scrum master experience to guide teams in what delivery means for them
  • Have experience driving cross-functional planning cycles, aligning delivery plans with product strategy and vision, alongside company OKRs
  • Have used a technology-first toolkit ranging from Atlassian, Slack, Gsuite, Miro or similar types of delivery tools
  • Be proficient in technical concepts related to APIs or have experience working with data-intensive products reliant on third-party integrations
  • Have experience with SaaS products catering to a global customer base as well as familiarity with marketing analytics and data visualization tools
