Demand Generation Associate

Summary

Join CertifID's team as a Demand Generation Associate and play a key role in expanding partner marketing efforts, driving an increase in partner-led leads. The ideal candidate has experience in supporting demand gen campaigns from start to finish with measurable success.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in demand generation, partnership marketing, digital marketing, or a related marketing field, ideally within SaaS and B2B marketing
• Proven exposure in running demand gen campaigns from start to finish, with measurable results
• Proven experience with project management best practices and marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of partner demand generation campaigns from ideation to launch, driving immediate growth in leads and engagement
• Design and deliver innovative campaigns using a variety of channels, including gifts, direct mail, in-person events, and virtual experiences. Manage every aspect of these campaigns, from creation and delivery to tracking performance and ensuring scalability
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights to optimize conversion rates and ROI
• Increase engagement among partner sales reps by creating shared-value campaigns that excite and empower them to actively promote CertifID to their customers
• Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up, while sharing valuable insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
• Enhance campaign efficiency by improving customer acquisition cost (CAC) over time
