Join Slang.ai as the Director, Demand Generation and lead the strategic vision and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns driving pipeline growth. You will report to the CEO and partner with Product Marketing. Requirements

  • 5+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and paid media management tools (Facebook, Google Adwords, Youtube, Tiktok)
  • Strong ability to interpret data, report on metrics, and derive actionable insights
  • A passion for crafting compelling campaigns and experimenting with new strategies
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach and a commitment to driving measurable impact

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic vision and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drives pipeline growth
  • Design and oversee programs that integrate events, paid media, email, and multi-touch campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to craft initiatives
  • Use advanced tools and methods to drive performance and optimization
  • Design and execute in-person and virtual events, webinars, and sponsorships to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive pipeline growth
  • Develop and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels) to maximize ROI
  • Plan and execute segmented, personalized email campaigns to drive engagement across the customer journey
  • Strategically combine content, events, paid media, and email into cohesive, multi-channel campaigns that accelerate lead generation and pipeline movement
  • Analyze campaign performance, report on key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure seamless execution
  • Continuously test and refine new approaches to demand generation, contributing to a culture of learning and adaptability
