Summary

Join Docebo's team as Director of Demand Generation and redefine demand generation in the age of AI. You will own the demand generation strategy and execution, reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing. This hands-on role focuses on pipeline quality, sales velocity, and revenue impact, not vanity metrics. You will design and optimize the demand generation engine, lead quarterly demand planning, and utilize data to understand campaign performance. The role also involves managing a seven-figure annual budget, leading a team, and staying ahead of the curve with AI tools and emerging technologies. Requirements

  • 8-10 years demand generation experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with HR/Learning/Enterprise software buyers
  • Proven track record managing budgets (in the millions) and driving measurable pipeline growth
  • AI and emerging tech curiosity—experience with or strong interest in AI marketing tools, predictive analytics, and marketing automation
  • Technical proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability—we move fast and need someone who can keep up
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and leadership teams

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize our demand generation engine with VP Revenue Marketing—attribution models, lead scoring, handoff processes, and pipeline forecasting
  • Lead quarterly demand planning to accurately project pipeline impact across all channels
  • Use data to understand what's working and what isn't—beyond surface-level metrics to real pipeline influence
  • Test new channels and tactics while maintaining efficiency on proven performers
  • Drive execution of website roadmap alongside web development team—ensuring we meet excellent web vitals and technical performance standards
  • Own website technical performance by partnering with optimization and experimentation team to drive conversion rate optimization and user experience improvements
  • Lead a team managing paid search, paid social, and SEO to capture and create demand for our audience
  • Manage seven-figure annual budget across paid search, paid social, and emerging channels
  • Oversee campaign strategy and execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms where our buyers actually spend time
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing Demand Generation team; support team members' growth and professional development
  • Be a driving force for the team to stay ahead of the curve with AI tools, emerging technologies, and evolving marketing practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex buying committees
  • Background with learning technology, HR tech, or adjacent industries
  • Track record with account-based marketing and intent data platforms
