Summary

Join Hitachi Vantara, a global leader in data infrastructure, as a Demand Generation Marketing Manager. You will lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and data analytics, to align messaging, targeting, and measurement. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient and agile execution. Utilize data and insights to build audience segments and targeted campaigns. Provide regular updates to leadership on program status and contribution to pipeline. Continuously optimize strategies and tactics to maximize results and ROI. This role is based in the United States and requires 7-10 years of B2B technology marketing experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B technology, software and/or services companies
  • Proven track record of leading successful cross-functional marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels and their roles in an integrated strategy
  • Experience working with partners on demand generation campaigns
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Salesforce and Marketo or marketing automation expertise
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop an demand generation marketing campaigns with a multi-channel approach that engages our target audience and deliver new opportunities and pipeline
  • Utilize customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to refine targeting and messaging strategies
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers, Sales, Data Analytics and other teams to align on messaging, targeting, and measurement
  • Align with Partner sales and marketing teams to integrate partners into campaigns and identify where we can extend reach and results with campaigns through partners
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and agile execution of programs
  • Provide regular updates to marketing and sales leadership on the status of marketing programs, how we are contributing to pipeline and helping meet our objectives
  • Continuously optimize and refine strategies and tactics to optimize results and ROI
