As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will shape the go-to-market strategy and directly influence revenue. Requirements
- Minimum 10-12 years in B2B Marketing with over 5 years in a Marketing leadership and people management role
- B2B technology experience across Enterprise to SMB markets required
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing strategy and tactics
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, executing, and measuring annual and account-specific campaigns across multiple product lines and customer segments
- Proven success in B2B marketing methods and best practices specific to demand generation
- Extensive understanding of digital marketing and corporate website best practices β experience in SEM, paid search, social and online advertising, SEO, and CRO
- Hands-on experience working with Marketing technology, including Marketo for marketing automation and email marketing
- Highly creative β ability to think outside the box to find new ways to generate interest and excitement among targeted audiences
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts and assess efficacy of marketing programs
- Leverages generative AI tools to accelerate campaign ideation, content creation, personalization at scale, and optimization
- Strong attention to detail during review of content and creative designs
- Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to achieve outstanding results
- Highly motivated and passionate with the ability to adapt to change
Responsibilities
- Design and execute marketing programs, including planning and ongoing execution across all product lines to achieve all marketing targets
- Develop and mentor a team of marketers who develop and deploy campaigns and content across email, digital advertising, social media, and paid media channels
- Determine and plan campaigns including the optimal deployment of a robust marketing program budget
- Drive awareness and alignment of marketing campaigns within Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and other relevant departments
- Own and report on full-funnel performance, from lead to revenue, including conversion optimization, CAC/LTV, pipeline velocity, and contribution to revenue growth targets
- Continually A/B test and optimize, establishing actionable outcomes from testing results
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to ongoing Sales alignment to ensure program success
- Be able to think strategically and to dive into the details to get things done
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with trucking / transportation industry a plus
Benefits
$170,000 to $180,000 USD Yearly + 10% Bonus
