Summary
Join SMG as their Demand Generation Manager and be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive demand-generation strategies across multiple channels to drive high-quality leads and increase brand visibility. You will work with ABM, paid media, SEO, email marketing, partnerships, and events to fuel pipeline growth and support revenue objectives. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with proven experience in demand generation, a strong understanding of digital advertising and marketing analytics, and excellent project management skills. You will develop and execute omni-channel campaigns, manage ABM and paid social media, optimize digital campaigns, and align marketing with SDR efforts. Success in this role requires strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in demand generation, ABM, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta), PPC, and display
- Hands-on experience with SEO, website optimization, and marketing analytics
- Experience managing HubSpot nurturing campaigns, LinkedIn InMail, and outbound marketing campaigns
- Demonstrable ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics tools. Familiar with Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and lead nurturing strategy
- Understanding of lead scoring qualification frameworks
- Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to create content as well as promote it
- Experience working with SDR teams to align marketing with outbound prospecting
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute omni-channel campaigns to drive lead generation and sales growth
- Manage ABM, paid social, search, and display ads to generate high-quality leads
- Optimize digital campaigns using web analytics to improve conversion rates
- Align marketing with SDR efforts and ABM strategies for high-value prospects
- Implement and manage an SEO strategy to boost organic visibility and lead generation
- Optimize landing pages, blogs, and site structure for search performance
- Analyze web traffic to refine content and conversion strategies
- Ensure best practices for technical and on-page SEO
- Develop gated content (whitepapers, case studies, reports) to drive lead capture
- Align content with demand-gen campaigns for maximum conversions
- Work with content and design teams to produce high-impact assets
- A/B test ads, landing pages, and emails to optimize engagement
- Build partnerships to expand reach and generate leads
- Lead co-marketing initiatives, including joint webinars and content collaborations
- Support virtual and in-person events to drive engagement and sales
- Manage sponsorships and speaking opportunities for brand leadership
- Ensure marketing-generated leads are effectively nurtured and converted
- Track MQL to SQL pipeline performance and optimize conversions
- Provide sales teams with insights and enablement materials
- Define and track KPIs to continuously refine demand-gen efforts
- Use data-driven insights to improve targeting, messaging, and channels
- Conduct A/B testing to boost engagement and conversion rates
- Report on campaign performance, insights, and scaling opportunities
