Join Zilliant as our Marketing Manager, Demand Generation – Europe and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing demand generation programs tailored to key European markets. You will own and optimize email marketing strategies, develop high-impact demand campaigns, and partner with Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role requires a deep understanding of localizing marketing strategies for diverse European audiences to generate qualified leads and contribute to revenue growth. You will leverage A/B testing, analytics, and marketing automation tools to maximize lead conversion rates. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, email marketing, or a related role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful email marketing and demand generation campaigns
  • Experience running and managing ABM strategies and automated outreach campaigns
  • Proficiency in marketing digital tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that engage and convert. Leverage A/B testing and analytics to continually improve performance and ROI
  • Develop and manage comprehensive demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and content marketing. Ensure alignment with sales goals and company objectives
  • Lead and enhance our BDR programs by providing strategic guidance, developing targeted outreach strategies, and optimizing processes to maximize lead conversion rates
  • Implement and manage ABM campaigns, utilizing personalized content and strategies to engage high-value accounts. Leverage marketing automation tools to create and execute automated outreach campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant communication with prospects
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and report on the effectiveness of demand generation efforts
  • Develop and execute localized demand generation programs tailored to regional markets, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences and drives engagement
