Requirements

  • 7+ years of Demand Gen experience as a high-performing IC and/or manager
  • A hands-on, extreme ownership mentality
  • Significant experience in a fast-moving startup or scaleup environment focused on velocity and customer impact
  • Willingness to pitch in to help your teammates and other stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on ownership of high-quality, high-intend, fast-moving pipeline in alignment with 15Fiveโ€™s marketing strategy
  • Deep understanding of the why behind whatโ€™s working and whatโ€™s not concerning demand creation and demand capture
  • Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting frameworks to track marketing campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Implement data-driven segmentation and audience targeting strategies to improve engagement rates and conversion efficiency
  • Real-time improvements and optimizations of systems, processes, and tech to deliver more pipeline per dollar
  • Excellent cross-functional partnership with Sales Development, RevOps, Sales, Account Management, Digital-Led Engagement, and other critical stakeholders
  • Management of a small marketing team that delivers a big, critical impact for 15Five
  • Full alignment with the Refine Labs / Chris Walker approach to demand creation and demand capture
  • Own the connection between demand gen and sales development, ensuring seamless campaign handoffs, nurture flows, and process alignment
