Summary

Join Zuora's Marketing team as a Demand Generation manager to strategize and execute demand campaigns to achieve lead generation and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign operations
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and how to influence the journey of our buyer personas at each stage
  • Foundational understanding of lead lifecycles, MQL models, and basic lead scoring
  • Proven experience contributing to demand generation, digital marketing and campaign efforts
  • Strong ability to understand marketing metrics and how to take this data to drive more effectiveness
  • Comfortable and confident balancing responsibilities across multiple marketing channels with strong organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation systems and CRMs - ideally Marketo and Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing programs through ongoing communication with cross-functional marketing teams (Web & Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative Services, etc.)
  • Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful customer journeys
  • Collaborate with leadership on goals and clearly defined metrics to measure the quality of content, audience growth, engagement, and content reach
  • Work with the content team to ensure content is optimally distributed and targeted to new business target accounts
  • Activating content distribution and communicate how we’re leveraging content we’re producing
  • Help execute the paid media strategy in partnership with Digital Marketing
  • Innovate and reimagine our third party sponsorships - publications, webinars, events, etc. in partnership with Field Marketing
  • Orchestrate the webinar production process end-to-end, including content creation, speaker management, promotions, follow up, post event content distribution, etc
  • Compile and report results of marketing efforts using various systems - such as Salesforce and Marketo
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Continuously monitor and seek opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness
