Summary

Join Longbow Advantage as a Demand Generation Manager and develop, implement, and optimize demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth. This remote position is based out of Toronto ON or Montreal QC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing email campaigns, LinkedIn Ad campaigns, and in-person events
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Hubspot
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel up to 20% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Email Campaign Management: Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Email Campaign Management: Create engaging email content and design templates in collaboration with the Content Manager
  • Email Campaign Management: Segment email lists and perform A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
  • Email Campaign Management: Analyze and report on email campaign metrics to continuously improve results
  • LinkedIn Ad Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn Ad campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness
  • LinkedIn Ad Campaign Management: Work with the Content Manager to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging
  • LinkedIn Ad Campaign Management: Monitor and optimize ad performance, adjusting targeting and budgets as needed
  • LinkedIn Ad Campaign Management: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success
  • In-Person Event Management: Organize and manage in-person events, including trade shows, conferences, and networking events
  • In-Person Event Management: Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution
  • In-Person Event Management: Collaborate with the Content Manager to develop event materials and promotional content
  • In-Person Event Management: Measure event ROI and gather feedback to improve future events
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Content Manager to ensure alignment of campaign messaging and content
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute demand generation strategies
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaigns
