Summary
Join our marketing team as a creative and results-driven Demand Generation Specialist! This role centers on content creation, lifecycle marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to boost awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You will develop engaging content, execute targeted campaigns, and collaborate to achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong content creation skills and data analysis abilities. We offer a remote work environment with unlimited PTO, a 3% matched Simple IRA, and 100% employer-funded health insurance. The starting salary is $60,000.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of demand generation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, webinar platforms.Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics)
- Strong data analysis skills with a track record of using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and measure performance
- Experience in creating, curating, and distributing valuable content that resonates with professional services firms (law firms, accountants, etc.)
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and lead quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and quality
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, engaging content (i.e. eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify content gaps and fill them
- Optimize content for SEO and performance across all channels
- Repurpose existing content into new formats for maximum reach
- Implement email nurture campaigns that guide leads through the buyerβs journey
- Ensure proper segmentation is implemented to keep prospects engaged
- Partner with the sales team to align lifecycle marketing efforts with sales objectives
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to improve overall effectiveness
- Ideate monthly webinar campaigns that engage prospects
- Coordinate all stages of production and ensuring all presentations are prepared
- Managing the live experience, ensuring all attendees are engaged
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to improve overall effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (with HubSpot, webinar platforms, etc.)
- Report on key metrics (i.e. Leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth, ROI, etc.)
- Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in demand gen, lifecycle marketing, and ABM
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of SEO principles and how they tie into lead generation strategies is a plus
- Experience with the legal services industry or working with law firms
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce
