Summary
Join Olipop as a skilled Demand Planner and play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing a comprehensive Demand Plan for our diverse product portfolio. Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration
- A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain is required, with at least 2 years of experience at the planner level or equivalent
- Experience working in a CPG or manufacturing environment being advantageous
- Expert in inventory management and forecasting
- Proficiency in advanced Excel is required
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Proven experience in having an influencing and collaborative approach
Responsibilities
- Support the Supply Chain team as a key stakeholder in the MRP and S&OP processes to help meet customer demand while minimizing inventory costs and maximizing service levels
- Develop, manage, validate, and communicate demand forecasts for all skuβs and customers
- Become a company expert on sku and retailer trends through both internal and external data and communicate customer order behaviors
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with Supply Planning to ensure all orders are being fulfilled and maintained at a high fill rate %
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new products or initiatives and ensure alignment with supply chain requirements
- Be proactive in identifying and effectively managing exceptions, improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan
- Collect Information and Assumptions: Gather comprehensive information and assumptions regarding promotional activities, product launches and phase-outs, customer and distribution changes, business trends, production constraints, regional demand, and other relevant factors. These inputs are crucial in developing a reliable and accurate demand plan
- Quantify new product launch forecasts using historical sales, planned marketing support, and key account merchandising plans
- Communicate risks and opportunities determined by analyzing account specific trends and new product launch performance
- Performs ad-hoc and demand analysis across company initiatives, scenarios, and plays an integral role in annual budget building with finance
- Generate forecast KPIs at the sku/customer/warehouse level to identify trends in our customer demand
- Meet with the Finance, Commercial, and Planning departments to review and understand changes in our customer demand forecast
- Liaise between Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, and Commercialization teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using MRP systems a plus
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM) is a plus
Benefits
$75,000 β 80,000 + Bonus
