Summary

The Dental Insurance Verifier is responsible for verifying dental insurance information with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. They must have a strong background in dental insurance or related roles and be familiar with dental insurance plans, benefit structures, and portals. The employee will work with dental practice management software and basic Google applications, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain well-organized records. They should have a proactive mindset and uphold high ethical standards. Requirements

• Strong background in Dental insurance verification or related roles
• Familiarity with dental insurance plans, benefit structures, and insurance portals and faxback
• Comfortable working with dental practice management software and basic Google Spreadsheets and Docs applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain well-organized records
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Uphold high ethical standards and HIPAA standards
