Summary

Join Arize's People Operations team as a People Operations Specialist and partner with the team to execute administrative duties and build employee engagement initiatives. You will provide direct support to employees, manage HR administrative functions, facilitate onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR policies, support performance reviews, administer surveys, and manage the Lattice platform. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in People related functions in an evolving and high growth environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion when dealing with highly sensitive and confidential matters

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and reliable support directly to employees as the go-to individual for all HR and benefit-related inquiries
  • Responsible for all regular HR administrative functions: HRIS updates, audits and document organization
  • Facilitate onboarding and off-boarding of employees, including review of background checks, I-9 verification, and updates to our HRIS
  • Maintain up-to-date policies, employee programming and new hire resources
  • Support bi-annual Employee performance review process
  • Administer employee engagement surveys
  • System administrator for Lattice (people success platform)
  • Partner with our PEO on benefit plan renewal and administration
  • Plan and execute culture events; including employee celebrations, virtual happy hours, in-person offsites, town halls or meetings, etc
  • Assist with talent acquisition tasks, including recruiting coordination, developing internal processes and external-facing recruitment messaging
