Requirements

  • SaaS Deployment Experience
  • Fluent in one more popular programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Ruby) and a strong desire to expand your skills
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API architecture and experience helping clients integrate systems via API
  • Proficient in working with JSON and YAML files for configuring client environments
  • Familiar with tools like GitHub and Jira for version control and project management
  • 2+ years of experience with a B2B SaaS API-centric product
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • You’ve built web applications before or contributed to existing web applications in a meaningful way
  • Previous exposure working with AWS
  • Understanding of, or experience with, regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2

Responsibilities

  • Client facing technical leadership
  • Execute technical tasks for implementations, migrations and expansions
  • Drive technical discussions and implementations to committed timelines
  • Work closely with Implementation Managers to orchestrate workload and timeline commitments
  • Deliver system environment build and configuration activities to support the testing and deployment of the client solution
  • Review API requirements and deliver workflows and system configuration to support integration and testing with client systems
  • Be curious and keep an eye out for new technical requirements/discovery, solution identification and provide technical recommendations to client and internal Wheel teams
  • Help each customer on-board during their technical integration phase, and manage technical work needed to launch
  • Advise the customer on technical best practices, and implementation of Wheel’s products and features
  • Be the first point of contact for responding to customer’s technical questions. and alerting customers to potential issues with their integrations during the Implementation lifecycle
  • Be the first point of contact for internal teams to answer questions about our products and integrations, and triage and fix technical issues
  • Collaborate, provide requirements, and open tickets with Engineering and Product teams on technical tasks they are required to complete for successful launch
