Summary

The job is for a UX/UI Design Lead at PingWind, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Requirements

• Experience in web design and development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of responsive design and web standards backward browser capability
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels of management and technical personnel
• Must have at least 5 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Leads the UX and UI designers
• Oversees and manages all aspects of user experience and visual navigation
• Provides support in upgrading, maintaining and creating designs for software products

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of browsers, WYSIWYG editors, graphic design software (ex. - Photoshop, Illustrator), animation software, and image optimization
• Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
• Understanding of common software development and agile development practices
