Join Sword Health as a Design Operations Specialist to help establish and grow our design and research processes. You'll collaborate with teams to implement workflows, manage tools, and develop processes that enable designers and researchers to excel in their work.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operation roles within Design and UX research teams
• Solid understanding of design and UX research processes and methodologies
• Experience with design and research tools is a plus (e.g., Figma, User Interviews, Condens)
• Knowledge of project management tools and agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
• Experience in or exposure to creating or managing design systems is a plus
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design and research processes, repositories, and best practices
• Manage and optimize tools and software, ensuring they meet team needs
• Establish and track metrics to measure design team efficiency and impact
• Support Design leadership with setting up reports on design team performance and impact for executive leadership
• Capture and monitor actions from review sessions and follow up to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate participant recruitment for user research studies
• Identify areas for growth and cross-training opportunities
• Work with Design leaders to organize team events that foster Design culture and team bonding
• Facilitate collaboration between design and other departments
